有人说，交易第一课是学会止损，可是有一样东西比止损更关键：止损后的心态管控。往往我们止损本来金额不大，但是由于止损后的心态失衡导致报复心里的产生，往往对下次入场缺乏理智，从而导致数倍于止损金额的损失，严重着直接导致爆仓都有可能。所以有人无法管理好情绪干脆就不止损了，于是又陷入最终爆仓的恶性循环。所以交易从修心开始才对。
