伊朗官员：伊核谈判须等新政府重启；
①外媒称，伊朗一名高级官员17日称，在新政府8月就职之前，不会恢复在维也纳进行的挽救伊核协议的谈判。据报道，伊朗外交部副部长、首席谈判代表阿巴斯·阿拉格希发推文称，我们正处在一个过渡期……因此，维也纳会谈显然要等我们的新政府。目前，第七轮会谈的日期尚未确定。6月在伊朗总统大选中胜出的易卜拉欣·莱希将于8月5日宣誓就职，接替2013年当选的温和派总统哈桑·鲁哈尼；
②报道称，鲁哈尼曾多次向伊朗民众承诺，在其任期结束时这些制裁会取消。他在14日表示可能做不到了，谈判在其任期结束前不会有结果。他还暗示，其政府并不拥有进行这些磋商所对应的必要权力。报道指出，在伊朗，总统的权力相对受限，主要权力掌握在最高领袖哈梅内伊手中
