人一旦过了30岁，考虑问题的出发点就有了变化；
有个认识了快10年的小伙伴告诉我现在在深圳租着房子，想找我一起回去干；
个人交易没有十足的把握，两个人一起干可以互相监督；
然后根据收益拿分成。
我说如果是5年前，我可以考虑一下，但是现在我除了自己还有老婆孩子还有房贷车贷，这个风险对我来说承受不起的！
这种想法其实很多年前我也有过，也尝试过，但后来无疑都是以亏钱收场！
