「黑天鹅」与「灰犀牛」风险，虽然在金融圈耳熟能详，但到底是指什么？两者又有什么不同呢？这一篇就先带大家了解一下黑天鹅事件。
黑天鹅事件指非常难以预测，且不寻常的事件，通常会引起市场连锁负面反应甚至颠复。主要具有三大特性：
- 离群值，因为它出现在一般的期望范围之外，发生率极低、是易被忽略的事件
- 它会带来极大的冲击，产生重大影响
- 尽管事件处于离群值，一旦发生，人会因为天性使然而作出某种解释，让事件成为可解释或可预测。
黑天鹅是一个按常理不可预测而又有重大灾难性事件，尤其是对金融市场往往会带来极大的冲击，因此投资者需要了解它的意义和对市场的影响。
传统的预测工具或者方法往往很难预测到黑天鹅的来临，比较有可能性计算到黑天鹅事件的来临就是着名瑞士教授Didier Sornette及其团队的方法，他们用的是预测地震和山泥倾泻的模式去推测市场泡沫的爆破点及成功估计到好几次市场重大泡沫爆破，因而声名大噪。
