你是不是如此：下了一单之后，设好止盈止损，理论上来说就可以不用看盘了，不过我忍不住，或者不小心又瞄了一眼走势图之后，如果现在是盈利状态，我就有一种平仓的冲动了，快止盈，别让利润跑了，特别是现在的浮动盈利，离止盈已经不远时，这种冲动很强烈。但实际上，过早被我平仓的头寸，事后往往又走了很远，所以，就会经常后悔。但是如果设好止盈止损后，不去管他，晚上一觉醒来，发现打止盈了，就很爽。
少盯盘，少看账户中的数字，你的心中就不会有冲动，就会少了贪婪，你的注意力就会在行情上，而不是账户中的数字的波动。
