要爆仓了才能平静下来总结失败的根本原因就是心态乱了就不能做单的，要停止交易，平凡重仓操作的结局就是爆仓，早就知道和经历多了的情形却忘记得干干净净。要做的交易计划和盘前分析盈利目标一样都没有做，又重复昨天的爆仓故事，交易、工作和生活没有安排好是失败的原因，以后能不能交易成功，取决于能不能平衡好这三者之间的关系，交易不是全部，还有工作和家庭。
