黄金昨日美盘大阴下跌，直接跌破前期支撑1764一线，盘面上单阴下跌模式，不算极弱，高低点不断抬低，震荡下跌走势。早间触及凌晨二次起涨点1766位置。而上方大阴线顶端阻力1780一线，今日如需延续下跌，就要跌破1766才行。小时图MACD指标有底背离迹象，早间如不破1766可多一次。上方看1780大阴线顶端。
操作建议：
1766多，损1761，目标1780一线。
1780空，损1785，目标1766，跌破看1758
原油解析：
原油上升通道中，昨日触及趋势线上轨后受阻下跌，凌晨最低触及前期高点64.3后反弹，从结构上看，小时图原油处于三浪下跌走势，下方支撑64.3，强支撑63.6一线，上方阻力65.5一线。今日注意分水岭64.3位置。盘面上已经触及一次，第二次再触及就需要注意支撑是否有效。跌破就看63.6支撑。原油总体行情看多不变，日内低多为主。
操作建议：
64.3多，损63.7.目标65.5-6一线
