昨天沙龙下面的一个嘉宾问：交易的本质是什么？每个人的理解都不一样。这里说说我自己的理解。
我的理解是：
轻仓带止损，先活下来，在长期主义的坚持下，创造属于自己的交易闭环。
靠自己知道自己不知道什么去交易，而不是靠自己以为自己知道什么去交易。
自我认知要清楚，自我提升要坚持。交易的本质总结下就是：修身，修心，修性的过程。
道阻且长，行则将至，行而不辍，未来可期。
