1、建立自信
对自己交易理念、交易计划、交易系统的自信，可以更好的帮助自己去执行每一笔交易。避免出现盈利就急于离场，也避免亏损错误时不舍得止损。
2、注重过程
交易之前要做好充分的分析研究，制定严格的交易计划，交易执行中要坚持计划，对于结果不必过分看重。无论是盈利还是亏损都要坦然的接受，因为这都是交易的一部分。任何一次交易还要是依照自己的计划严格执行的，哪怕是亏损也是一笔好的交易。
3、不卑不亢
不要因为连续几次盈利就喜出望外，也不要因为连续的亏损就怨天尤人。在外汇交易中任何情况的发生都是正常的，而重要的在于我们面对每一种情况是如何应对的。只要我们还在交易，那么就要从每一次输赢中学到教训，不断进步。
