美元指数在鲍威尔讲话前陷入震荡，摩根大通押注QE将从年底开始缩减：
① 美元指数在周四录得震荡走势，在亚洲时段一度跳升之后，欧市盘初又录得小幅回落，因投资者对于美联储未来政策前景的研判仍存在分歧，而之前美联储各位官员对于何时可以开始缩减购债规模以及何时将重新进入加息周期也意见不一，因此各方都等待美联储主席鲍威尔日内稍后的讲话能提供更明确的信号，在此之前，汇市则提前陷入了拉锯震荡格局；
② 而业内机构摩根大通指出，虽然大家无法猜出美联储官员的真实想法，但是历史数据却可以用来加以对比佐证。在上一轮经济周期中，美联储在2013年5月首度透露缩减QE预期后，于12月正式实施，在缩减QE之处美债收益率曲线一度快速走陡，后又重新趋平。而以当前10年期美债收益率开始走高的节点判断，美联储最有可能会在2021年12月开始缩减QE，此后在2023年下半年进入加息周期
