澳洲联储主席洛威：澳洲联储准备好在必要时增加货币刺激；
① 澳洲联储主席洛威周三就该国经济增长发表乐观看法，但警告表示从疫情中的复苏可能崎岖且不均衡，暗示有必要在未来较长时间提供政策支持。
② 洛威在国会一个经济委员会上作证时称，9月和12月两个季度的经济料将“强劲增长”，前景仍存在高度不确定性”。
③ 洛威补充称，“不过变得更加清楚的是，随着时间推移，澳洲可能会有几年时间要经受失业率过高、而薪资增幅与通胀率太低的情况，这会让我们达不到我们的目标。”
④ 他表示，“在当前的环境下，处理高失业率是央行委员会的当务之急。我们打算以我们拥有的工具来尽一切所能，就此提供协助，”同时重申非常不可能实施负利率政策。
⑤ 澳洲联储周二将利率维持在0.1%的纪录低位不变，同时还维持其1,000亿澳元量化宽松计划。
