《传习录》凡处得有善有未善，及有困顿失次之患者，皆是牵于毁誉得丧，不能实致其良知耳。感悟：当今社会，很多人在工作生活中都是手忙脚乱、越忙越乱，把事情弄得一团糟，自己也困顿不已、狼狈不堪。为什么会这样？王阳明一语道破天机——那只是因为你的得失之心太重，只想要好的结果，恐惧得到坏的结果，于是就蒙蔽了自己那颗本来能泰然处之、平和应对的心。起伏得失本是常态，尽力而为、顺其自然才是合理的态度。
