英镑汇价近日延续上行趋势，因英国央行扩大QE反而意味着负利率暂无可能；
① 英镑兑美元在周一欧市开盘前跳升至1.3195高位，再刷逾两个月新高，因美元指数本周继续承压，更多资金离开美国市场。投资者更多押注此后美联储仍会在年底有进一步行动，这一情绪提振股市走强，却打压了美元指数；
② 此外，虽然上周英国央行超预期扩大QE规模达1500亿美元，但是此举却从另一个方向显示该国央行短期内无意祭出预期中的量化宽松计划，在市场解读出了这层含意之后，英镑汇价即在短暂下跌后报复性上涨。而在周一日内英国央行行长将再度讲话之前，市场仍对其言辞抱有乐观预期，这也使得英镑汇价强化上行趋势；
③ 不过，英国疫情及封锁措施带来的经济冲击仍可能对英镑汇价的下一步空间产生阻力，而市场也在继续关注英欧脱欧谈判的进展。脱欧进展当前总体乐观也是推动支撑英镑汇价的又一动力，但之后若局势再度出现反转，则英镑仍不排除重新转头下行的可能性
