② 白宫和美国国会民主党议员周二接近就新的疫情救助方案达成协议，美国总统特朗普称，尽管共和党反对，但他仍愿意接受大规模的救助议案。
③ 该消息增强投资者对股市的热情，并将美元指数推至93.00关口下方，一度创一个半月新低至92.68。
