美总统第二场辩论修改规则：一人发言时另一人将被“静音”；
当地时间10月22日，美国总统特朗普和民主党总统候选人拜登将在纳什维尔的贝尔蒙特大学举行第二场、也是最后一场电视辩论。据“今日美国”等美媒最新消息，美国总统辩论委员会当地时间19日宣布修改规则——当两位候选人中的其中一位就六个辩论主题中分别发表两分钟的开场白时，其对手的麦克风将被静音。不过，该委员会同时表示，在辩论的“公开讨论”部分，两位候选人的麦克风都会被打开，但任何一位候选人如果打断对方将会在接下来的辩论中被扣减时间。此外，主持人、来自美国全国广播公司的克莉丝汀?韦尔克也不会像一些人此前猜测的那样，拥有所谓“静音”按钮。对此，特朗普的竞选团队表示反对这一改变，但称特朗普仍会参加。
