IEA月报：第二波新冠疫情来袭，产油国可能难以评估需求；
新冠疫情高峰期间上升的全球石油库存，目前正稳定下降，但第二波疫情正导致需求放缓，将影响产油国平衡油市的努力。欧佩克及俄罗斯组成的油国联盟，计划1月起提高石油供给200万桶/日，IEA也预测，利比亚停火将使当地石油产量由目前的30万桶/日增至12月的70万桶/日。未来几个月市场仅有有限的空间消化额外供给，企图令市况趋紧的各方正面临不断变动的目标
