防疫管控升级叠加硬脱欧风险卷土重来，英镑兑美元自隔夜高点回落200点；
① 英镑兑美元在周三欧市盘初继续下跌，触及上周三以来新低1.2868，并且相对本周初的高点1.3083已经跌去了超过200点之多，而后市前景随着此后欧盟峰会的开幕和10月15日英欧谈判原定截止日的到来，料将进一步看空；
② 令英镑汇价出现牛熊急转的原因一方面在于英国疫情控制压力进一步加大，全面重启封锁可能说一触即发。另一方面更重要的是，此前一度令市场乐观的脱欧谈判前景再度急转直下，被媒体披露的欧盟峰会公报草案显示，欧盟方面对谈判没有进展的状况感到失望，并将其完全归咎于英方的不作为，并因而已经开始为“硬脱欧”前景未雨绸缪，这番消息进一步打压了英镑多头本已脆弱的信心状况；
③ 在关键心理趋势再度濒于破溃后，英镑汇价后市可能回踩1.2824处的100日均线，而英国硬脱欧风险的继续发酵连同该国再度全面封锁的前景，可能意味着更长周期的下行趋势开启，1.2711处的200日均线切入位一旦在11月3日美国大选来临前失守，汇价将重新奔向1.25水平
