英国政府启动“软性居家令”，英镑汇价受压再失1.28关口；
① 英镑兑美元在周二欧市盘初再度走低，因美元指数在全球风险胃纳低下的环境下继续走强，投资者再度蜂拥兑入美元现金，导致欧系货币额外承压。与此同时，欧洲各国的疫情也走到了新的临界点，新一轮封锁行动已经一触即发，这引发了相关货币进一步的恐慌抛售；
② 日内英国政府宣布，重新对酒吧与餐馆的客流密度采取限制措施，并且出台了“软性居家令”，鼓励民众尽可能地在家工作，并且不排除此后封锁措施会进一步加剧甚至重启全面封城行动，这更加引发市场人心惶惶。这叠加上英国脱欧谈判仍然陷入僵局的局面，令市场没有任何在短线看多英镑的理由；
③ 短线英镑汇价支撑下看9月11日的低点1.2763，之后则是100日均线和200日均线形成的的支撑位1.2725，破位之后可能将打开跌向1.25的通道。鉴于英国脱欧风险仍未扫除，英镑的进一步回调亦仍非抄底入市良机
