全球最大的独立石油贸易商：预计全球石油库存年末前将迅速萎缩；
① 全球最大的独立石油贸易商Vitol Group称，全球石油库存将持续萎缩，其对原油市场的看涨立场远超一些同行。
② Vitol表示，库存一直在急剧下降，今年将继续下降。第二大贸易商托克集团(Trafigura Group) 则认为，市场将回到过剩状态。两家公司都预测需求将停滞不前，并预计未来几个月动荡不定，直到明年逐步恢复。
③ Vitol首席执行官Russell Hardy表示，全球库存增长在夏季初达到约12亿桶的峰值，之后库存减少了约3亿桶。在今年的最后四个月中，它将再下降2.5亿-3亿桶。
④ Hardy在普氏APPEC 2020年会议上指出，“您不能忽略生产受到抑制的事实，”预计很多炼油厂将消化它们在疯狂购买廉价石油时积累的原油。
⑤ Hardy说，需求将基本保持不变，约为9600万桶/天。相比之下，Vitol一年前的观点是约1.02亿桶/天。
