欧元兑美元在欧盟决议后陷入震荡，后市或仍有望持续走强；
① 欧元兑美元在周二欧盟峰会终于批准了7500亿欧元的援助计划之后出现震荡，先上涨后跳水下跌，随后重新走强。对此，东京三菱日联银行分析师指出，长远来看，欧元汇价仍有上行空间，若能尽快升破1.1495这一前期高位阻力，则更大的上行空间就将被打开；
② 该行指出，美联储官员此前再度就宽松政策的必要性发声，这在下周的政策决议中聊会得到进一步的体现，并且美股大选进入最后100日倒计时也会带来额外的谨慎情绪，因此美元下行大趋势难以扭转。而欧盟新达成的协议虽然过程曲折，并且被迫做了相对程度让步，但结局毕竟皆大欢喜，因此在市场进一步消化其影响后，更有希望率先走出疫情阴影复苏的欧元区将重新成为资金的首要去向，这仍意味着欧元兑美元有望向着1.20的目标继续迈进
