① 欧盟领导人就经济救助方案达成共识，但是该方案与欧盟委员会提前的提议相比，将无偿拨款部分从5000亿欧元削减至3900亿欧元，欧元兑美元在刷新4个半月高点1.1470后迅速回落，盘中最低触及1.1423；
② 受欧元走弱的影响，美元自4个半月低点95.6278反弹至95.9273，涨幅0.12%；
③ 英镑兑美元盘中最低触及1.2650，跌幅0.08%
