宏观杠杆率攀升总债务扩大但未失控】据经济参考报，今年1季度企业杠杆率攀升到161.1%，仅比2017年1季度160.4%的历史高点多了不到1个百分点。这表明过去几年的稳（去）杠杆政策客观上为当前的扩张创造了条件。2020年1季度，受疫情影响，我国宏观经济出现负增长，实际GDP同比下降6.8%，名义GDP同比下降5.3%。实体经济杠杆率大幅攀升，从2019年末的245.4%升至259.3%，一个季度上升了13.9个百分点。与此同时，M2/GDP和社融存量/GDP也都出现大幅上升，分别上升了12.0和14.2个百分点。从债务扩张来看，2009年1季度债务规模和M2环比分别上升了11.6%和11.7%，而今年1季度这两个指标环比增幅仅为4.4%和4.8%。尽管本次疫情冲击远甚2008年危机，但债务扩张规模有限。
