华新水泥(06655)公布，于2024年5月21日，董事会选举徐永模先生为公司第十一届董事会董事长，聘任李叶青先生为公司总裁。
此外，聘任刘凤山先生、杜平先生、梅向福先生、杨宏兵先生、徐钢先生、陈骞先生、叶家兴先生、王加军先生、卢国兵先生、汤峻先生为公司副总裁。聘任叶家兴先生任公司董事会秘书、兼任公司首席合规官。聘任陈骞先生任公司财务总监。
