Voksel Electric Tambah Emisi Obligasi dan Sukuk di BEI jadi Rp4 Triliun

Pasardanaid - Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahap II Tahun 2023 yang diterbitkan oleh PT Voksel Electric Tbk (IDX: VOKS) mulai dicatatkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).

Mengutip keterangan BEI, Selasa (31/1/2023), Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Voksel Electric Tahap II Tahun 2023 yang dicatatkan tersebut bernilai Rp100 miliar.

Adapun tingkat bunganya tetap 10,60% per tahun dan jangka waktu 3 Tahun.

Hasil pemeringkatan dari PT Kredit Rating Indonesia untuk Obligasi adalah idA- (Single A Minus). 

Bertindak sebagai Wali Amanat dalam emisi ini adalah PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (IDX: BJBR).

Atas pencatatan itu, total emisi obligasi dan sukuk yang sudah tercatat sepanjang tahun 2023 adalah 6 emisi dari 5 emiten senilai total Rp4 triliun.
