BI: Ekonomi Tahun 2023 Berpeluang Tumbuh 5%

KONTAN.CO.ID-JAKARTA. Kendati ekonomi global masih diliputi ketidakpastian, Gubernur Bank Indonesia (BI) Perry Warjiyo optimistis pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tahun ini bisa berada di kisaran 4,5% hingga 5,3%. Namun syaratnya, konsumsi masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekspor tahun ini tetap dalam tren menguat.
Menurut Perry, jika dua syarat itu terpenuhi maka pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tahun ini masih berpeluang menyentuh angka 5%. "Dengan keyakinan kita, mari kita optimistis. BI memperkirakan, pada tahun 2023 ini pertumbuhan 4,5% sampai 5,3%, kemungkinan sekitar 4,9%. Bisa saja terjadi, bila konsumsi cepat bisa mengarah ke level 5%," kata Perry, Senin (30/1).
