Tourindo Guide (PGJO) Gelar Private Placement 3,6 Juta Saham untuk Realisasikan MESOP
IDXChannel - PT Tourindo Guide Indonesia Tbk (PGJO) berencana melaksanakan private placement untuk merealisasikan program skema saham perusahaan oleh manajemen atau management and employee stock option program (MESOP).
Corporate Secretary PGJO Faisal Rohim mengatakan perseroan akan menerbitkan 3.600.000 saham baru dalam rangka MESOP untuk tahap II. Adapun nilai nominal dipatok sebesar Rp50 per saham.
