Restoran Diperbolehkan Memakai Nitrogen Cair

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemkes) melarang panganan siap saji, terutama jajanan kaki lima menggunakan nitrogen cair.
Langkah ini diambil menyusul maraknya kasus keracunan jajanan berasap dari nitrogen cair alias ciki ngebul. Kemkes mencatat, sejak Juni 2022 hingga 12 Januari 2023 sudah ada 25 laporan anak keracunan karena mengonsumsi ciki ngebul.
