Produsen Anggur (WINE) Tetapkan Harga IPO Rp129 per Saham
IDXChannel - Calon emiten PT Hatten Bali Tbk (WINE) mulai memasuki periode offering atau penawaran umum dalam serangkaian proses penawaran umum perdana/ initial public offering (IPO).
Berdasarkan situs e-ipo, dikutip Selasa (3/1/2022), produsen anggur (wine) yang berpusat di Bali itu mematok harga Rp129 per saham. Periode penawaran umum berlangsung pada 3 Januari sampai 6 Januari 2023.

WINE menerbitkan sebanyak 678 juta saham atau 25,02% dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor. Mengacu harga patokan, maka dalam masa penawaran umum ini, WINE akan menyerap dana sebesar Rp87,46 miliar.
Setelah masa ini rampung, tanggal penjatahan akan berlangsung pada 6 Januari 2023, distribusi pada 9 Januari 2023, dan akan resmi tercatat di bursa pada pekan depan, Selasa 10 Januari 2023.
