GOTO Buka-Bukaan soal Rencana Private Placement hingga Cari Investor Baru
IDXChannel - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) mengungkapkan alasan penambahan modal tanpa hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu atau private placement sebanyak 118,43 miliar saham seri A atau total 10% dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
Corporate Secretary GOTO, R. A. Koesoemohadiani mengatakan, rencana private placement telah mendapat persetujuan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPS) pada 28 Juni lalu.

"Perseroan memiliki waktu untuk mengimplementasikan hal ini sampai dengan Juni 2023," kata Diani dalam paparan publik secara virtual, dikutip Jumat (9/12/20022).
Diani mengungkapkan, perseroan mengambil jalan oportunis untuk mengeksekusi private placement. Adapun sejumlah pilihan lain yang tersedia juga akan diambil apabila dapat memacu pertumbuhan bisnis dan profitabilitas GOTO.
