JAKARTA - Ada 42 Perusahaan Tercatat yang masuk pipeline rights issue. Jumlah tersebut berdasarkan data Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 11 November 2022.
Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) I Gede Nyoman Yetna mengatakan, perkiraan total dana yang akan diperoleh melalui right issue tersebut adalah sebesar Rp39,4 triliun.
"Perusahaan yang sudah berada pada pipeline right issue tersebar di berbagai sektor," ucapnya kepada media yang dikutip oleh MPI, Selasa (16/11/2022).
Berdasarkan data, jumlah perusahaan yang berencana melakukan right issue, baik ditinjau dari jumlah perusahaan maupun perkiraan jumlah dana yang dihimpun melalui right issue, terbanyak berasal dari sektor financials.
"Tercatat 16 perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor financials sudah antre di pipeline right issue," lanjutnya.
