Isu PHK Mencuat, Simak Analisa Kinerja Saham Perusahaan Teknologi Ini
IDXChannel - Pelaku pasar belum terlalu merespon isu pemutusan hubungan kerja atau PHK massal di perusahaan teknologi atau digital, PT Goto Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).
Research Analyst MNC Sekuritas, Raka Junico mengatakan, pada 11 November 2022, memang tersebar kabar rencana GOTO Group melakukan PHK 1.000 karyawan. Namun sayangnya belum ada tanggapan resmi hingga saat ini.

"Belum ada kabar terkait ya, dan juga belum tentu terjadi untuk perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Kita tahu GOTO beroperasi di Vietnam dan India, kita juga melihatnya ada layoff tersebut cara manajemen untuk efisiensi," jelas Raka dalam segmen Market Buzz Power Breakfast IDX, Rabu (16/11/2022).
Selain itu, terlihat juga dari paparan manajemen GOTO kemarin, mereka akan melakukan otomatisasi agar nantinya profitabilitas masih bisa diraih.
