Turun 20,3%, Lippo Cikarang (LPCK) Kantongi Laba Rp274,19 Miliar

JAKARTA – Laba PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) mengalami penurunan pada kuartal III 2022. LPCK mencatatkan laba bersih senilai Rp274,19 miliar atau turun 20,35% year on year (yoy) jika dibandingkan periode sama tahun lalu senilai Rp344,26 miliar.
Kondisi ini membuat laba per saham dasar LPCK turun menjadi Rp102, dari semula Rp128. Penurunan laba terjadi saat pendapatan LPCK turun 14,37% menjadi Rp1,01 triliun. Jika dibandingkan triwulan ketiga tahun lalu, perseroan meraih pendapatan sebesar Rp1,18 triliun.
CEO Lippo Cikarang, Rudy Halim mengatakan penurunan ini disebabkan oleh serah terima apartemen Orange County pada tahun 2021.
"Apabila tidak termasuk serah terima apartemen tersebut, total pendapatan meningkat 29% yang didorong oleh pendapatan dari segmen residensial dan industrial," kata Rudi di Cikarang, dikutip Rabu (2/11/2022).
