KONTAN.CO.ID - WILMINGTON. Pengadilan Delaware pada Kamis memerintahkan penghentian proses gugatan Twitter Inc terhadap Elon Musk. Keputusan hakim itu memberikan waktu ke orang terkaya dunia tersebut untuk melanjutkan pengambilalihan platform media sosial bernilai US$ 44 miliar.
Hakim mengambil keputusan itu setelah Musk berbalik sikap, dan mengajukan usul untuk melanjutkan kembali kesepakatan akuisisi yang diteken pada April lalu. Musk mengambil langkah itu menjelang jadwal kepastiannya untuk bersaksi di bawah sumpah tentang klaimnya bahwa Twitter secara sengaja telah memberi keterangan yang menyesatkan.
