Rugi Rp29,3 Miliar, Apa Langkah Triniti Land (TRIN)?

JAKARTA - PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) atau Triniti Land mengungkap sejumlah strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perseroan ke depan.
Sebagaimana diketahui, hingga Juni 2022 TRIN masih mencatatkan rugi sebesar Rp29,36 miliar.
Presiden Direktur Triniti Land Ishak Chandra menjelaskan bahwa, perseroan akan menjalankan tiga strategi utama guna mencapai kinerja positif.
Pertama, TRIN akan fokus pada tiga sektor properti dalam tiga tahun mendatang.

Adapun, tiga sektor yang akan menjadi fokus perseroan yakni, pembangunan berorientasi transit atau transit oriented development (TOD), rumah tapak atau landed house, dan taman logistik atau logistic park.
