Aldiracita Sekuritas Tambah Porsi 44,27 Juta Saham PYFA
IDXChannel - Perusahaan sekuritas dan manajemen investasi, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia menambah porsi kepemilikan saham yang bergerak di sektor kesehatan, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA).
Menurut data Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) per 30 Agustus 2022, anggota bursa berkode PP itu memborong 44.277.788 saham PYFA atau sebanyak 8,28%.
Berdasarkan histori data perdagangan, dikutip Kamis (1/9/2022), transaksi diperkirakan berlangsung pada 30 Agustus 2022. Dengan demikian, kepemilikannya terhadap PYFA bertambah, dari semula 74.070.518 atau 13,84%, menjadi 118.348.306, atau sebanyak 22,12%.
Persentase tersebut membuatnya kokoh berada di urutan ketiga sebagai pemegang saham terbesar, di bawah publik/masyarakat sebesar 24,48%, dan pengendali PYFA, yakni Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd yang menggenggam 40,48%.
