ASII Berburu Saham Rumah Sakit Hingga Kuasai 6,5 Persen HEAL

Pasardana.id- PT Astra International Tbk (IDX:ASII)  menambah 160.990.700 lembar atau 1,07 persen porsi kepemilikan saham PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (IDX:HEAL)  dalam 10 hari perdagangan bursa.

Mengutip keterangan resmi emiten otomotif itu yang diunggah pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI), Jumat(26/8/2022) bahwa perseroan kini memegang 970.525.800 lembar atau 6,5 persen dari 5,43 persen HEAL.

“Tujuan dari transaksi adalah investasi,” tulis manajemen ASII.

Menilik dari keterangan itu, ASII terlihat aktif  menambah kepemilikan pada HEAL sejak tangal 8 Agustus 2022 dengan membeli 1.302.800 lembar atau 0,01 persen dengan rata rata pembelian Rp1.375 per lembar.

Aksi itu terus berlanjut hingga tanggal 25 Agustus 2022,  dengan membeli 60 juta lembar atau 0,4 persen denan harga pembelian Rp1.335 per lembar.
