Cổ phiếu IDJ ra khỏi diện cảnh báo từ tháng 7

Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX) quyết định đưa cổ phiếu của CTCP Đầu tư IDJ Việt Nam (HNX: IDJ) ra khỏi diện bị cảnh báo từ ngày 01/07.

Lý do là IDJ không vi phạm quy định về công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán tối thiểu 6 tháng tiếp theo kể từ ngày HNX đưa cổ phiếu vào diện cảnh báo.

Liên quan đến cổ phiếu, mới đây, IDJ thông báo 05/07 là ngày đăng ký cuối cùng phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021. Ngày giao dịch không hưởng quyền là 04/07. Với tỷ lệ thực hiện 13% (100 cp sở hữu nhận được 13 cp mới) và hơn 147 triệu cp đang lưu hành, ước tính IDJ cần phát hành hơn 19 triệu cp mới.

IDJ hiện đang giao dịch quanh 13,600 đồng/cp vào phiên chiều 30/06.
