Nhóm quỹ VinaCapital nâng sở hữu tại PHR lên hơn 7%
Quỹ đầu tư Cổ phiếu Hưng Thịnh VinaWealth và Quỹ đầu tư Cân bằng Tuệ Sáng VinaCapital, thuộc nhóm VinaCapital, đã mua thêm 85,000 cp của CTCP Cao su Phước Hòa (HOSE: PHR) vào ngày 13/05/2022.
Sau giao dịch, số lượng nắm giữ cổ phiếu của Quỹ đầu tư Cổ phiếu Hưng Thịnh VinaWealth và Quỹ đầu tư Cân bằng Tuệ Sáng VinaCapital tăng nhẹ lần lượt 464,880 cp (0.34%) và 191,300 cp (0.14%). Tổng sở hữu của nhóm VinaCapital tăng lên gần 9.5 triệu cp, chiếm 7.01% tại PHR.
Chiếu theo mức giá 54,800 đồng/cp chốt phiên 13/05, thương vụ có giá trị ước tính hơn 4.6 tỷ đồng.
