KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Kejaksaan Agung telah menetapkan Lin Che Wei (LCW) sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pemberian fasilitas ekspor minyak sawit mentah (CPO) dan turunannya pada Januari 2021 sampai dengan Maret 2022.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung, Ketut Sumedana Rabu (18/5) menjelaskan, peran LCW dalam perkara ekspor minyak goreng adalah bersama-sama dengan IWW (Dirjen Perdagangan Luar Negeri) menentukan kebijakan dan pemberian Persetujuan Ekspor.
