KONTAN.CO.ID - SINGAPURA. Akhir bulan ini, tiga perusahaan akuisisi tujuan khusus (SPAC) akan tercatat di Singapore Exchange. Ketiganya sekaligus menjadi SPAC pertama yang listing di Kawasan Asia. Salah satu SPAC yang didukung oleh fund Novo Tellus Capital Partners, akan membuka penawaran untuk IPO S$ 150 juta atau US$ 111,4 juta pada Hari Jumat.
SPAC tersebut bernama Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition. Dalam prospektus pendahuluan yang diajukan pada Hari Kamis (13/1), perusahaan itu menawarkan 30 juta unit dengan harga S$ 5 per unit.
