Ini Strategi Kementerian ESDM Kejar Target Lifting Migas di 2022
JAKARTA, iNews.id - Kementerian ESDM terus melakukan pembenahan guna mengantisipasi pemenuhan kebutuhan energi. Salah satu kebijakan strategis yaitu menetapkan target produksi minyak bumi 1 juta barrel oil per day (bopd) dan gas bumi 12 billion standard cubic feet per day (bscfd).
"Kita sudah menyusun peta jalan (road map) menuju ke sana. Beberapa strategi tengah dijalankan," ujar Menteri ESDM Arifin Tasrif dalam keterangan resmi, Kamis (13/1/2022).
Adapun beberapa strategi yang dimaksud dengan optimalisasi produksi lapangan eksisting, transformasi resources to production, mempercepat teknologi untuk chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), dan eksplorasi secara masif untuk penemuan besar.
"Ini harus didukung kebijakan baru terkait dengan fiskal migas agar menjadi menarik buat investor migas," ucap Arifin.
Arifin menambahkan, saat ini pemerintah telah mengimplementasikan fleksibilitas kontrak migas baik berupa skema gross split maupun cost recovery guna meningkatkan nilai investasi di hulu migas.
