KONTAN.CO.ID - LONDON. Harga gas alam cair (LNG) Asia turun minggu ini karena permintaan Asia yang lesu dan penurunan harga gas Eropa dalam perdagangan hari libur yang tipis. Meskipun begitu, prospek bullish tetap ada di tengah kekhawatiran atas ketatnya pasokan gas Eropa.
Sumber-sumber industri mengatakan harga rata-rata LNG untuk pengiriman ke Asia Timur Laut pada Bulan Februari 2022 turun US$ 14,5 menjadi US$ 33,8 per metrik juta British thermal unit (mmBtu). Kalau dibandingkan dengan minggu sebelumnya, turun sekitar 30%.
