KONTAN.CO.ID - DUBAI. Usai IPO, Bursa Saham Arab Saudi atau Tadawul bergegas memacu diri. Tadawul sedang mempertimbangkan perusahaan cek kosong atau yang dikenal sebagai special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) untuk diizinkan listing.
SPAC mengumpulkan uang untuk mengakuisisi perusahaan swasta. Tujuannya untuk membawa perusahaan swasta itu go public dan memungkinkan target pencatatan lebih cepat di bursa dibandingkan melalui IPO tradisional.
