Ngày 25/11/2021, Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước (UBCKNN) có quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính đối với CTCP Đầu tư BG Group, nay đổi tên thành CTCP Tập đoàn APEC Group.
Theo đó, Tập đoàn APEC Group bị phạt tiền 90 triệu đồng vì không báo cáo về việc dự kiến giao dịch.
Cụ thể, CTCP Đầu tư BG Group - tiền thân Tập đoàn APEC, tổ chức có liên quan của ông Nguyễn Hoàng Linh – Chủ tịch HĐQT kiêm Tổng giám đốc CTCP Đầu tư IDJ Việt Nam (HNX: IDJ) đã thực hiện giao dịch mua hơn 1.66 triệu cp IDJ từ ngày 26/07/2019 đến ngày 15/08/2019 nhưng không báo cáo UBCKNN, Sở giao dịch chứng khoán Hà Nội về việc dự kiến giao dịch.
