KONTAN.CO.ID - BEIJING. The People's Bank of China (PBOC) beserta regulator perbankan dan asuransi China mengeluarkan rancangan aturan baru tentang penerbitan obligasi abadi (perpetual bond) oleh perusahaan-perusahaan asuransi negara. Rancangan keluar pada Hari Jumat (19/11).
Aturan baru bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penambahan modal dan ketahanan risiko perusahaan-perusahaan asuransi. Dalam sebuah pernyataan bersama, Bank Sentral China dan The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission mengatakan regulasi juga ditujukan untuk melindungi kepentingan para investor.
