KONTAN.CO.ID - BEIJING. Bisnis asuransi Allianz di China telah menerima persetujuan peraturan dari regulator setempat. Dengan begitu, Allianz China Life lewat usaha patungan akan menjadi perusahaan asuransi jiwa pertama yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh asing di China.
Lampu hijau dari The Shanghai Bureau of The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, memungkinkan Allianz China Life menjadi perusahaan itu yang 100% dimiliki oleh Allianz China Holding. Semula Allianz China Holding setuju untuk membeli 49% saham Allianz China Life dari tangan CITIC Trust Co yang merupakan mitra lokalnya.
