KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Proses polis Jiwasraya melalui program restrukturisasi akan mencapai tahap akhir yaitu proses transfer menuju IFG. Adapun, hal ini menyusul cairnya PMN senilai Rp 20 triliun yang diberikan kepada IFG.
Saat ini, tim internal terus melakukan koordinasi agar proses transfer berjalan sesuai rencana.“Pada dasarnya kami sudah siap untuk menerima transfer polis restrukturisasi dari Jiwasraya sebagai bagian dari rencana penyehatan keuangan (RPK) Jiwasraya melalu mekanisme restrukturisasi bail in transfer,” ujar Fadian Dwiantara Pgs. Corporate Secretary IFG Life kepada KONTAN, Jumat (12/11)
