美国能源部长：拜登正在考虑动用美国战略石油储备
当地时间11月7日，美国能源部长詹妮弗·格兰霍姆（Jennifer Granholm）在参加美国有线电视新闻网《国情咨文》节目时表示，拜登正在考虑动用美国的战略石油储备，以应对美国供应链问题导致的燃料价格上涨。
格兰霍姆称，拜登已经向石油输出国组织（欧佩克）提出增加供应的要求，但被该组织拒绝。因此，拜登正在考虑动用美国的战略石油储备。
分析人士指出，动用国家的战略石油储备通常是用于应对燃料供应中断，该措施无法对燃料价格产生重大影响。
格兰霍姆还补充道，受新冠疫情引发的供应链问题影响，美国民众今年或将支付更多的取暖费用。
