Không công bố báo cáo tài chính, CTX bị xử phạt 85 triệu đồng
Ngày 03/11, Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước (UBCKNN) đã có quyết định xử lý vi phạm đối với Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Xây dựng và Thương mại Việt Nam (HNX: CTX) do Công ty không công bố thông tin theo quy định.
Cụ thể, CTX đã không công bố báo cáo tài chính năm 2020 đã kiểm toán.
Với vi phạm trên, UBCKNN đã phạt hành chính CTX số tiền 85 triệu đồng.
