云南昨日新增1例本土确诊病例
11月4日0—24时，云南省新增本土确诊病例1例（在瑞丽市抵边封控区重点人群核酸检测中发现），新增境外输入确诊病例1例（缅甸输入）。当日新增治愈出院病例2例，解除医学观察的密切接触者2例。
境外输入现有确诊病例71例。累计确诊病例1176例，累计治愈出院病例1105例，无死亡病例。
截至11月4日24时，全省现有确诊病例79例，累计治愈出院病例1497例，累计死亡病例2例，累计报告确诊病例1578例。累计追踪到密切接触者30597人，尚在医学观察的密切接触者728人。
全省无新增无症状感染者报告；解除医学观察6例（境外输入4例、本土2例）；尚在医学观察的无症状感染者67例（境外输入40例）。
